2014
Each Fall, Seniors look forward to the Thanksgiving Day feast, and this year was no disappointment. A full house enjoyed all the trimmings hosted by the Senior Resource Council on September 30th. Entertainment this year featured a performance of Line Dancers from Stonewall. Plans are already underway for the Annual Christmas Dinner. Easter was celebrated in style with over 100 people attending the annual dinner. No shortage of food or fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves and are, most likely, looking forward to the next dinner hosted by the Seniors Resource Council. For more information, please contact Maureen at 204-376-3494. 2013
Again a successful year for the seniors dinners. Even with the bad weather we had for the Christmas dinner there were many seniors that showed up. Because of the weather the Seniors Resource Council had no entertainers so a few of us joined in and had a sing a long with the attendees. It was very nice.  A big round of applause goes out to Maureen and her group that always puts on such a great day for the seniors.
 
We work along with the Seniors Resource Council to hold their dinners here throughout the year. Such dinners as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas are well attended by the local residents. There is usually entertainment provided by the Arborg Early Middle Years students and sometimes other local talent as well.
